Terms

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify or revise the present terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store. Furthermore, the Company undertakes the obligation to inform the Users of any modifications or any change through the website of this online store. It is clarified that the change of terms does not affect orders that have already been placed. The User is requested to check the content of the terms of use for possible changes. Continuing to use www.bituline.gr even after any changes means the User’s unreserved acceptance of these terms. This online store is exclusively for merchants, who can make full use of it through unique login codes (usernames), granted by the Company. The acquisition of the login codes constitutes an irrefutable presumption of knowledge of the terms and conditions of transactions through www.bituline.gr, and their use implies their unconditional acceptance, as they will apply each time. Every purchase made through the use of these codes is considered to be made in the context of the Customer’s commercial activity.

Information & Products

The Company is committed to the truth, completeness and validity of the information listed in the online store regarding the identity and details of itself, its suppliers, as well as the essential characteristics described for each product it has, as well as the accuracy of the information regarding the services provided by the online store. The Company is not responsible for errors resulting from any malfunction of the operating system or from a detour or due to force majeure, but undertakes to correct them without delay, as soon as they are notified to it.

Limitation of Liability

The Company informs before the completion of the transaction about the availability and the estimated delivery time. The Company, in the context of its transactions through its online store, is not responsible and has no obligation to compensate for any possible damage or loss arising from the cancellation of orders, from the non-execution or from the delay of their execution, for any reason. It does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the online store, except when a transaction has been accepted. The User is informed based on the data held regarding availability, which may change depending on the progress of the orders. The online store provides the basic information of the products available through the website www.bituline.gr, as provided by law and,

Supplier’s Liability & Warranty – Seller’s Liability for Defects

Products that are not produced by the Company are available under the terms and conditions set by the respective producer, who is responsible accordingly. The producer of each product is responsible for the quality and suitability of its product and for any damage caused by a defect in the product.

Payment methods

The Customer chooses from the methods and means of payment proposed, but the submission of the data is done with care and sole responsibility, while the cross-checking of his data and each transaction is carried out with care and responsibility of the entity that handles it. After the completion of the transaction, the Company’s responsibility is limited to the execution of the order corresponding to this transaction.

Payment by Credit / Debit Card

Credit cards are accepted in the Company’s online store. Payment is made in one go or in installments.

Transactions in the online store are protected by SSL online security systems which guarantee a secure trading environment. Credit or debit card details are not archived and cannot be used for any other purpose.

Payment by Deposit to a Bank Account

In the case of payment by deposit to a bank account, the Customer completes his order without making the payment. His order remains pending until the total amount is deposited into one of the following bank accounts. When depositing, the Customer must deposit the entire price of his order, adding his full name and electronic order number to the reason for the deposit. As soon as the payment of his order appears, then the Company sends the immediately available products, while then the start of the deadline for the execution of the special orders is also defined.

Payment by Cash on Delivery

The Customer can pay the total price of his order by cash on delivery, i.e. by paying the amount due to the authorized collector, seller or distributor of the Company upon delivery
