BETAGUM membrane is a plastomer waterproofing membrane whose bituminous mix consists of refinery bitumen and thermoplastic polymers (IPP, APP). The membrane has as reinforcement non-woven polyester (P) or glass felt (V) and as top coating mineral tesserae (M) of natural gray color, colored tesserae (white, red, green) or talc (T). Alternatively, quartz sand or polyethylene film can be used. The lower surface on all types of BETAGUM membrane is covered with a polyethylene film suitable for torch use.
