Welcome to the website www.bituline.gr and the online service portal for the merchant partners of the company trading under the name "BITULINE INDUSTRY OF ASPHALT AND CHEMICAL PRODUCTS SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY" [hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’]. The Company is headquartered in Vathi, Avlida [16th km of the Old National Road Chalkida – Thiva], holds Tax Identification Number (TIN) 094228983 (Chalkida Tax Office) and General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) The following terms apply to any use of the website www.bituline.gr... and to the online sale of products via the Company’s online store. Any other terms and conditions are expressly excluded. We invite you to consult the following terms and conditions before accessing and browsing the Company’s online store, as any user who accesses, browses, transacts, or uses the services of the online store [hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" or "User"] is deemed to consent to and unreservedly accept these terms—without exception—which prevail over all others in accordance with the law.

Terms

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify or revise the terms and conditions governing transactions conducted through its online store. Furthermore, the Company undertakes to inform Users of any modifications or changes via the online store's website. It is clarified that changes to the terms do not apply to orders that have already been placed. Users are advised to check the terms of use for any potential changes. Continued use of www.bituline.gr, even after any modifications, constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of these terms. This online store is addressed exclusively to merchants, who may make full use of it via unique login credentials (usernames) issued by the Company. Obtaining these login credentials constitutes irrefutable proof of knowledge regarding the terms and conditions governing transactions via www.bituline.gr, and their use implies unconditional acceptance of said terms as they apply at any given time. Any purchase made using these credentials is deemed to be part of the Customer's commercial activity.

Information & Products

The Company is committed to the accuracy, completeness, and validity of the information provided in the online store regarding its own identity and details, those of its suppliers, and the essential characteristics of the products it offers, as well as to the accuracy of information concerning the services provided through the online store. The Company is not liable for errors resulting from operating system malfunctions, inadvertent mistakes, or force majeure events, but it undertakes to rectify them without delay once they are brought to its attention.

Limitation of Liability

The Company provides information regarding product availability and estimated delivery time prior to the completion of the transaction. In the course of transactions conducted via its online store, the Company bears no liability or obligation to provide compensation for any harm or damage arising from the cancellation, non-execution, or delayed execution of orders, for any reason whatsoever. It does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the online store, except where a transaction has been accepted. The User is informed of product availability based on current records; however, this availability is subject to change depending on the progress of orders. The online store provides essential information regarding the products available via the website www.bituline.gr, as required by law; any photographs aim to depict the product as realistically as possible, though they may differ slightly from the actual item.

The Company has taken the necessary measures to ensure secure browsing and transactions on the online store www.bituline.gr using the SSL encryption protocol and bears no liability for any breach of the security systems and programs it employs. The Company bears no civil or criminal liability for any damage or loss that the User of the online store or a third party may sustain due to causes related to the operation (or lack thereof) and/or use of the online store, the inability to provide products and/or information made available through it, and/or any unauthorized interventions by third parties regarding products and/or information available through it. The Company provides no warranty, nor does it make any representations to Users, regarding the suitability of products manufactured by third parties for the purpose stated by the manufacturer and/or supplier. With respect to products not manufactured by the Company, the use—in any manner—of trademarks and any other intellectual property elements does not imply ownership thereof, but constitutes use strictly necessary for commercial purposes.

Supplier Liability & Warranty – Seller’s Liability for Defects

Products not manufactured by the Company are made available subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective manufacturer, who bears corresponding liability. The manufacturer of each product is responsible for the quality and suitability of their product and for any damage caused by a defect in the product.

Payment Methods

The Customer selects from the proposed payment methods and means; however, while the submission of details is carried out with due care and under the Customer’s sole responsibility, the verification of said details and the execution of the transaction itself are conducted with due care and under the responsibility of the entity processing the transaction. Following the completion of the transaction, the Company’s liability is limited to the fulfillment of the order corresponding to that transaction.

Payment via Credit/Debit Card

Credit cards are accepted at the Company's online store. Payment can be made in a single lump sum or in installments.

Transactions in the online store are protected by SSL online security systems, which guarantee a secure transaction environment. Credit or debit card details are not stored and cannot be used for any other purpose.

Payment via Bank Deposit

In the case of payment via bank deposit, the Customer completes the order without making the payment at that time. The order remains pending until the total amount is deposited into one of the bank accounts listed below. When making the deposit, the Customer must pay the full order amount and include their full name and the online order number in the payment reference/reason field. Once the payment is confirmed, the Company ships any immediately available products and initiates the fulfillment period for special orders.

Payment on Delivery

The Customer may settle the total price of their order via cash on delivery—that is, by paying the amount due to the Company’s authorized seller or distributor upon delivery.
